Information regarding third-party payment processing, tax compliance, and statutory retention periods:
Payment & Billing Records (Merchant of Record)
All payment transactions, subscriptions, and invoices are processed through Lemon Squeezy acting as our Merchant of Record. Deleting your SiteAudit AI account terminates your account access, but does not delete financial transaction and invoice records that must be retained by Lemon Squeezy and financial institutions in order to comply with statutory taxation, accounting, anti-fraud, and financial reporting regulations (typically retained for 7 years according to applicable statutory requirements).
Server & Security Logs
Transient server access and security logs (such as IP addresses and request timestamps used solely for rate limiting, DDoS mitigation, and system stability) are kept for a short operational window (up to 30 days) and are automatically cycled and purged. These logs do not contain personal profile or audit data.
